At Mejuri, we want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items, such as engraved pieces and earrings for hygiene reasons, are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring all security tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund.
